BOROUGH22 was created by Ryan Panchoo in 2011, after his wife and children began suffering with gluten and dairy intolerances. He saw that there were very few multi-allergen friendly products and vowed to create a high quality variety of sweet treats to change this for good. In 2014, after many hours researching and working in the kitchen, he rustled up recipes for gluten free, dairy free, soya free and finally egg free doughnuts! This meant he had cracked the code not only for allergen free, but vegan doughnuts too! To this day, you’ll find Ryan baking in South East London and he’s been nominated for several industry awards including winning a Great Taste Award for his cinnamon sugared doughnut 🍩
