An Easter visit from The Mayor of Newham!

We had a splendid Easter weekend at VT with hot cross buns galore! After a rather chilly start to Spring, the sunny Sunday weather was welcomed by all, including The Mayor of Newham Rokshana Fiaz who popped by our farmers market for some delicious treats from Sumeria Bakehouse The community enjoyed socially distanced bike riding, organic grocery shopping, walks along The Greenway and stunning views of the Olympic park. The next day we were surprised by snow- how’s that for an Easter miracle!

We’re looking forward to reopening our artisan market and launching our new cafe menu soon as lockdown slowly comes to an end. Watch out for updates coming soon!
